A popular date on the motoring event calendar, attended by more than 16,000 enthusiasts each year, the Classic American Stars & Stripes show returns on July 6-7, 2024, for another Classic American extravaganza. Showcased at the renowned Tatton Park for over 30 years, prepare yourself for a stellar lineup of entertainment, where we’ve spared no effort in creating a weekend packed with excitement. Not only is it the North’s largest Classic American event, but it also offers a great day out for friends and family to come together, along with dogs, as long as they are kept on short leads.

Get set for this year’s Classic American, which returns once again for a fun-filled weekend for you to look forward to. With a dazzling array of custom hot rods, beefed-up pickups, and an eclectic assortment of the finest US motorcycles, ensuring an authentic experience like no other. Filled to the rafters with specialist traders and autojumblers who will be bringing everything from second-hand spares, LED lights, tools, abrasives, adhesives, books, brochures, specialist tyres, and wheels, amongst other collectible americana. Back again for the umpteenth time will be our classic funfair, the wall of death, an impressive airsoft/paintball range amongst countless other traders who will be offering their expertise and kit to make the day as entertaining as possible.

Hosting one of the heats of Classic American’s car of the year competition, it provides a great location to start summer on a sensational high. With an iconic selection of Classic American greats on show in previous years, including everything from last year’s Classic American heat winner the Kaiser Darrin 1954, to various others such as a Packard Sedanca 1936, Oldsmobile Cutlass 1972, Plymouth Q Roadster 1928, a Dodge Viper/Ac Cobra/Modified Big Wheel Hummer, and the impressive Big Rig Trucks, Peterbilts, and Kenworths. The show is a great opportunity to meet clubs and share a mutual passion about the vehicles and embody the American dream, with clubs ranging from the Corvette Club, Mustang Owners GB, South Cheshire American car club, to the American Auto Club N.W. With one the astounding classic cars on display being in with a chance to be chosen as the winner to rival the first heat winner from Wheels Day, where Graham Howard-Wall’s beautiful 1949 Cadillac Coupe DeVille was picked.

Be prepared to indulge in everything from the traditional British, American & Mexican culinary delights, ranging from a succulent hog roast, refreshing ice cream, burgers, classic fish & chips, along with flavourful noodles and other tempting choices. Dotted around the site, food and drink options are never too far away, and if you need to relax and have a sit down, then make your way to the beer tent to enjoy your favourite treats with some live entertainment from act Bobcat Billys Moonshine Mission.

Tickets for the Classic American Stars and Stripes event can be purchased online for £11*. Tickets are also available at the gate for just £13 for adults (under 16s attend for free). Park entry charges apply (£8 per car). Gates open at 9:30 am.
